In 1870 when Zalmon G. Simmons opened his first manufacturing plant
in Kenosha, Wisconsin, he had nine employees and a commitment to conducting
business with integrity. Simmons has grown and prospered over the
intervening years, and while Simmons looks different today than it
did in 1870, our commitment to conducting business with integrity
remains unchanged.
The Simmons Bedding Company Code of Ethics identifies
our high standards for ethical behavior. It guides
us in our day-to-day business. Our reputation shines
because it reflects the honesty and integrity of
each associate.
